Do you offer gift cards?

While not currently, we will be exploring those options in the future! Sign up for our newsletter via the link on the home page to stay up to date on our newest happenings!

How long does it take for an order to ship?

We handmake each reed, as well as sanitize and let it dry. We ship orders out within 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

Once a bassoon reed or oboe reed has been used we will not accept a return. If you play a reed and do not like it, we can offer solutions to adjust the reed or consultation on a product that might be better for your needs.


If a product arrives in a state that you find displeasing - please send us an email with photos of the state of the product and we will get back to you ASAP. We will do everything in our power to make sure that products arrive safe and secure, but you just never know what can happen in transit.
